• Class management features for educators
• Gamification elements including points, badges, and leaderboards

3. User Accounts

Account Types

• Student Accounts: Created by educators or school administrators for students to access educational content.
• Educator Accounts: For teachers to manage classes, assign courses, and monitor student progress.
• Administrator Accounts: For school or district administrators to manage organizational settings.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, educational purposes. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access accounts or data of other users
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including courses, games, graphics, and text, is owned by EmpowerEd Money or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Schools and educators are granted a limited license to use our content for educational purposes within their organization. This license does not permit redistribution or commercial use of our content.

6. School and District Agreements

Schools and districts using EmpowerEd Money agree to:

• Obtain necessary parental consent for student participation where required
• Ensure educator accounts are used only by authorized personnel
• Comply with applicable laws including FERPA and COPPA
• Notify us of any changes in authorized users or administrative contacts

7. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

• Payment is due according to the terms of your subscription agreement
• Prices may be updated with 30 days notice before your renewal date
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the service does not meet expectations

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate educational content, we do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All content is completely accurate or up-to-date
• Use of the Platform will result in specific educational outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmpowerEd Money shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Schools may request export of their data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts.
